The Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer are directors of the Association.

The GSHPA is run by the Board of Directors which delegates finance and administrative functions to the Finance and Governance Committee.
The Board delegates the general functions of the GSHPA to the Council which meets quarterly.
Sub committees of the Council include the Policy Development Committee, The Education and Training Committee,
the Marketing and Communications Committee and the Technical and Standards Committee.
